Old Hickory buildings are engineer certified for 150 MPH winds — but that certification is only valid with anchors properly installed. Use the tool below to look up what your building requires and what installation costs.
Select Your Building Size
Anchor installation is a separate service performed by The Barn Lot and is scheduled after delivery — not included with drop-off. Each strap requires 2 anchors. Wind certification requires anchors to meet local requirements.

Driven into soil
Helical ground anchors are driven into the earth around the building perimeter. Ideal for most residential soil types. Lower cost, faster installation.
Concrete Anchors
Bolted into slab
Concrete anchors bolt directly into an existing concrete pad for a more permanent, maximum-strength installation. Required when placing on a concrete surface.
